TMI offers globally recognized certifications—TMP™, STMP™, and GTML™—for HR and Talent Management professionals. Follow these steps to earn your credential successfully.
Before you begin, ensure you meet the eligibility requirements for your desired TMI certification. Use the Check Your Eligibility Tool to determine which certification best matches your education and work experience.
Enter your highest qualification (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Master’s Level Diploma) and your relevant work experience (from 6 months to 10+ years).
Based on your profile, the tool will suggest the most suitable certification track.
Once you have confirmed your eligibility, proceed to complete your registration through your myTMI dashboard.
Log in to your myTMI dashboard and fill out the necessary details to complete your registration.
Ensure that all personal information provided matches your government-issued ID, as it will be used for verification during your exam.
Important Note: It’s recommended to use a personal email address to avoid disruptions in communication.
After your registration is complete, you will receive access to your Resource Box, which includes the study materials needed for exam preparation.
When you are ready to take your exam, schedule it through your myTMI dashboard. You will have a 180-day window from the date of registration to complete your studies and take the exam. Before scheduling your exam, ensure that:
You have reviewed all the necessary exam policies.
Your system meets the technical requirements for the online exam.
Once you successfully pass the exam, your results will be published within 96 business hours.
You will immediately receive your Digital Badge, which you can use to display your certification.
A physical credential kit—which includes a printed certificate, lapel pin, and the TMI Code of Ethics booklet—will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.
To keep your certification valid, you must renew it before the Credential Renewal Deadline. TMI will send you reminder emails as your renewal date approaches.
