I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: Senior Talent Management Practitioner (STMP™) from Talent Management Institute!
I think in this moment I feel both happy and relieved. It has been a wonderful and enriching experience but on the other hand it has been exhausting. Relocating to a new country even within (at that time) the same company, starting a new role and trying to establish yourself in a new place while simultaneously studying… is hard. Hence my deepest respect to all my colleagues and friends who cope with work-life-study balance because the balance is very challenging to achieve. And yet, it does pay off to devote time to your own learning and development making on the way new connections with like-minded professionals.
My advice to anyone who is considering taking on additional studies - it’s never the right moment to start or not to start because there will always be something coming in-between so just go for it and enjoy the learning experience. 😉
